Promotion of optimal infant feeding practices at Barwaqo and Ambulatorio MCHs throughout the Breastfeeding Week. Our IYCF Counsellors were mandated to do this activity through-out the week. i.e , exclusive breastfeeding starting within one hour after birth until a baby is 6 months old, Timely introduction of Complementary feeds, while continuing to breastfeed for up to 2 years.
